At the end, only the information required by legal obligations will be kept.

C) PURPOSE, LEGAL BASE AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF HANDLING Main Purpose: To complete the tasks specified in the contract Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which you are a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken upon your request.

D) RECIPIENTS Exclusively for the purposes indicated above, in addition to the units of internal staff competent in this regard, the data will be made known also to external collaborators in charge of their treatment whose list is available at the headquarters of the data controller.

E) TRANSFERS There are no transfers of Personal Data to recipients outside the European Union.

F) DATA CONSERVATION All personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and proportionality, only with the methods, even telematic and informatic, strictly necessary to pursue the purposes described above. Moreover, personal data will be kept for a period not exceeding the time strictly necessary to achieve these purposes. Personal data which do not need to be stored or which conservation is not required by current legislation for the indicated purposes, will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form. The informatic systems used to manage the data are already set in order to minimize the use of data.
